Site/Project Engineer (Electrical) Immediate Vacancy

About the role

We are seeking a talented Site/Project Engineer (Electrical) to join our team on a contract basis at our office in UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all electrical-related activities on project sites, including installation, testing, and commissioning
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project communication and collaboration
• Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, and specifications to support project delivery
• Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring project milestones are met
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
• Collaborate with the wider project team to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site/Project Engineer in the electrical/power transmission industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex electrical engineering projects
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
