The Position

• Assisting to complete the SOP documentation for the team while shadow learning from the Site IT Operations Specialist.

• New floor setup of IT equipment.

• New Hire IT Onboarding tasks.

• Assisting for IT Asset Management which includes stock count, migration of data to new asset management tool and asset management documentation.

• Assisting as a backup for Site IT Operations Specialist for daily tasks on handling user issues.
