SITE ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR (CIVIL/ M&E INFRA)

· Assist Construction Manager/Project Manager to carry out all design/construction development activities related to masterplan infrastructure design i.e, earthworks, building work, road & drainage, water supply, sewerage, etc for industrial development.
· Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, and most importantly, on schedule.
· Coordinate all aspects of work with sub-contractors.
· Assist Construction Manager/ Project Manager to verify sub-contractor progress claim according to actual work done.
· Have a good understanding of Buildings and Infra construction work activities and sequence of work on-site.
· Arise technical issues from subcontractor to Project Manager / Engineer.
· Preparation and submission of daily site report.
· Ensuring corrective action taken on all non-conformances and records are raised and maintained.
· Carry out inspection with Clerk of Work.

Requirements:

Certificate / Diploma in Engineering in Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.

Minimum of 2 years in site supervision with property developer or contractor.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Autocad).

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Only for Mandarin speaker (able to work review documents and communicate in Mandarin).
