To assist Project Manager/ Construction Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system
To ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to
To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites
To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices
To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used. Results of such to conform to specifications.
To submit sample materials and calibrations certificates to relevant consultants for approval
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Possess excellent management & organization skills, good leadership, good communication and coordination skills
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Ability to communicate with technicians, site personnel, consultant, and clients.
Willing to travel locally.
