Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor construction progress and costs for assigned projects.
2. Ensure compliance with procedures and guidelines among consultants, site staff, and subcontractors.
3. Plan and coordinate inspections and tests for designated activities.
4. Review construction drawings provided by consultants, identify discrepancies, and prepare for construction.
5. Liaise and coordinate with authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
6. Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
7. Recommend improvements and modifications to design and construction techniques.
8. Attend meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and site staff as needed.
9. Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining the project quality plan.
10. Coordinate Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities on-site and report status to the Project Manager.
11. Assist in compiling and preparing reports for documentation and management review.
12. Ensure compliance with safety and health requirements.
13. Implement all relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions as outlined in the Company’s Quality Management System.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned by management as needed.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years experience in construction field.
3. Possess excellent management & organization skills, good leadership.
4. Good communication and coordination skills.
