Site Engineer / Site Supervisor
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor construction progress and costs for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and guidelines among consultants, site staff, and subcontractors.
- Plan and coordinate inspections and tests for designated activities.
- Review construction drawings provided by consultants, identify discrepancies, and prepare for construction.
- Liaise and coordinate with authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
- Recommend improvements and modifications to design and construction techniques.
- Attend meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and site staff as needed.
- Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining the project quality plan.
- Coordinate Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities on-site and report status to the Project Manager.
- Assist in compiling and preparing reports for documentation and management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health requirements.
- Implement all relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions as outlined in the Company’s Quality Management System.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management as needed.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience in construction field.
- Possess excellent management & organization skills, good leadership.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
