SITE ENGINEER

• Knowledge in Microsoft Project
• Site planning, coordination and execution of matters relating to the construction project
• Coordinating with sub-contractors on site work and resolving site issues
• Report to Senior Project/ Project Manager on project updates
• Planning and ordering materials
• Prepare inspection forms and inspect according to RE/RTO
• Quality check and control for finished works
• Progress control on structural works
• Control material waste, downtime, rework, and waiting time
• Plan and control site works
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
• Read, execute, and maintain site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural, and M&E team
• Ensure quality of work meets requirements of regulatory bodies
• Any other duties assigned by the management or superior
