Site Coordinator (Construction)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate and collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained on-site.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar site coordinator or construction supervisory role
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record in implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and make timely decisions
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field would be an advantage
