• Holds a Bachelor’s degree / Diploma or the equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of full-time site supervision experience.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and possess excellent communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up skills, demonstrate ownership to provide practical solutions.
• Strong rapport-building skills, and have excellent active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, detail-oriented and accurate in recording / handling project information.
• Independent and a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise site operation and work progress.
• Liaise with contractors on the works sequence, quality of work, manpower, material usage, and machinery usage.
• Resolve construction technical matters and problems, discrepancies in drawings.
• Attend client-consultant meetings, site meetings, and sub-con coordination meetings and prepare monthly reports.
• Monitor and schedule materials delivery, machinery mobilization, and small equipment.
• Assist Project Manager with preparation of construction program.
• Liaise with consultants for detailed drawings, specifications, and variation orders.
• Prepare correspondence/memorandum to consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct progress claim evaluations with consultant QS and assist in making claims for progress payment.
• Verify and attend to site progress claims by main contractors and NSCs.
• Assist in managing and resolving defective complaints raised by purchasers during the Defect Liability Period.
• Undertake any assignment given by management from time to time.
