SITE CIVIL SUPERVISOR/ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to Project Manager/ Engineer and Project Director.
• Preparation of detailed work plan, progress report, test plan and necessary method of statement for submission to stakeholders.
• Manage and perform project administration for projects awarded to sub-contractors.
• Responsible for monitoring of works at site and preparing progress reports as required by clients.
• Assess and analyze customers’ needs and problems to propose or recommend solutions.
• Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure project specifications are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor site operations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Manage materials and resources effectively to avoid delays.
• Inspect work quality and ensure it meets project standards.
• Prepare and submit site reports and documentation.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of working experience in the same field.
• Fully understand TNB Grid Division construction practice including audit process (SCA, PQA).
• Experience in TNB Grid Voltage Substation Construction.
• Have a valid NIOSH NTSP.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills in both English & Bahasa.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Kulim, Kedah.
