SITE AGENT (CONSTRUCTION)

Charter Built Sdn. Bhd. – Kota Kemuning, Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

• To liaise and attend meetings with consultant, sub-contractor and government bodies when required.
• Supervise and report work progress at site.
• Plan and monitor materials (usage & requisition) and liaise with office QS and Purchasing Department.
• Prepare reports and documentations when necessary.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma & Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Construction Field.
• Able to write and command in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to sites.
• Able to withstand pressure and meet deadlines.
• Multiple work locations and vacancies available.
