Are you passionate about the nutraceutical and food science industry? Green Cold Press & Food Research is offering a structured 2-year Apprenticeship Program designed to train, nurture, and develop the next generation of talent for leadership and executive roles.

Program Overview
Trial Phase (3-6 Months):
- Candidates will be assessed for performance, adaptability, and dedication. Only selected candidates will progress to the next phase.
Basic Apprenticeship (12 Months):
- Comprehensive training covering fundamental skills in:
- Production processes.
- Food design and formulation.
Specialized Training (2nd Year):
- Top-performing apprentices will be selected to specialize in:
- Team leadership in production processes.
- Advanced food design and formulation techniques.
- Successful apprentices can advance into executive positions, shaping the future of Green Cold Press.
What We’re Looking For
- Hardworking: A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Obedient: Ability to follow instructions and thrive in a structured environment.
- Proficient in English: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- Experience in Food and Beverage (F&B).
- Basic cooking or kitchen knowledge.
- Handy with minor repairs or DIY skills.
What You'll Be Doing
As an apprentice, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in product formulation, testing, and development.
- Conducting quality assurance and control checks to meet Halal and industry standards.
- Supporting R&D initiatives and documenting findings.
- Gaining exposure to sustainable production practices.
- Participating in team meetings to share ideas and contribute to improvements.
- Duration: 2 years, including a 3-6 month trial phase.
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM.
- Compensation: Monthly allowance of RM1,000 during the apprenticeship. Full-time positions starting at RM2,500 and above for outstanding apprentices.
