Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
  2. Support the sales team in achieving targets and providing excellent customer service.
  3. Engage with clients, providing detailed product knowledge and design solutions.
  4. Supervise showroom staff, ensuring adherence to service and sales standards.
  5. Maintain showroom aesthetics, coordinating visual merchandising and product displays.
  6. Assist in organizing events, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  7. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment.
  8. Analyze customer feedback and sales data to enhance showroom performance.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail/showroom sales or management, preferably in architectural finishes, luxury interiors, or high-end home décor.
