About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Shopee Live Host Ambassador to join our team at UTOPIA HOLIDAY SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Shopee Live Host Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience through live-streaming product demonstrations and engaging with our online community.

What you'll be doing

• Hosting engaging and informative live-streaming sessions on Shopee to showcase our products and services
• Building a following and cultivating a loyal customer base through your charismatic on-camera presence
• Responding to customer questions and providing excellent customer service during live sessions
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content strategies and promotions
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in live-streaming and social media
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets through your live-streaming efforts

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a live-streaming host or social media influencer, with a strong understanding of the Shopee platform
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain an audience
• Passion for retail and a deep understanding of our products and services
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales through your live-streaming activities
• Creativity and adaptability to keep your content fresh and engaging
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
