Shipping and Logistic Executive - SPX Express

Drive operational structural directions for business growth and sustainability.

Monitor & manage across all our logistics vendors in regards to East Malaysia operations; This includes Air freight, Sea freight, 3PL partners as well as other delivery vendors.

Process invoice validations across all partners.

Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize cost and delivery time.

Ensure the maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) for all EM operations processes, including cost, delivery time, market reach, loss rate, and more.

Facilitate seamless integration of new vendors throughout the entire process, negotiating competitive rates and improved delivery service level agreements (SLAs) to minimize platform shipping costs and enhance overall performance.

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any equivalent field.
• At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field, preferably with experience in operations and vendor management.
• Experience in performance reporting & process improvement.
• Possess high integrity and accountability, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin is preferred.
