We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Administrator to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipping processes, documentation, and customs procedures, and will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate handling of all shipment-related tasks. Responsibilities
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery orders, packing lists, and customs certificates).
- Ensure compliance with international shipping terms (Incoterms) and customs regulations.
- Verify forwarder bills and manage data entry for accurate financial records.
- Handle drop shipments, transshipments, consignment billing, and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) records.
- Address customs clearance issues and ensure correct use of HS codes.
- Support customers with shipment updates and inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales teams to meet delivery expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of shipping processes, documentation, and logistics.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and customs procedures, including HS codes and trade regulations.
- Proficient in shipping software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams, customers, and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
