2. Minimum 1 year of experience in data centre operations or a similar role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Technical proficiency in data centre systems and operations.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.
