Job Descriptions:

1. To plan, organize, lead and control all the activities within the production functions to achieve optimum output.
2. To liaise closely with planner on the production schedule and manpower planning and ensure each order delivery is met.
3. To manage and supervise production operators in their performance routine, attendance, discipline and ensure safety of the workplace.
4. To manage and control overall rejection rate, with high productivity and minimum wastage.
5. To provide guidance, support and develop quick corrective action to address issues raised during the process.
6. To ensure 5S implementation and enforcement.
7. To perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Engineering / Science or any related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor or in an equivalent position in the manufacturing industry. Preference will be given to those with experience in plastic injection moulding / thermoforming.
3. Must be able to work on rotating shifts.
4. Well versed and proficient in written Bahasa Melayu and English.
5. Strong supervisory skills and good leadership.
6. Good interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
