Job Duties:

• Responsible for smooth operation of production by troubleshooting and follow-up on gloves quality.
• Plan, organize and control manpower.
• Maintain production schedules and supervise production operation.
• Direct and motivate manufacturing employees in all aspects affecting their job performance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Certificate in Rubber Technology, Polymer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the rubber gloves manufacturing field.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
