Responsible to attend and complete the service request assigned and provide coordination/monitoring work related to maintenance work or project. Additional tasks based on specific skills include:

1. Service Request/Work Order Management
   • Receive service request/work order and ensure completion within agreed SLA/KPI.
   • Provide solutions to technical/handyman issues and be responsible for the delivery of services.
   • Work with other team members to meet all SLA/KPI.
   • Proactively conduct site walkabouts and identify required work orders to minimize complaints.
2. Maintenance Work and Project Coordination
   • Coordinate/monitor site maintenance/project work in compliance with HSE standards.
   • Responsible for completing the assigned planned maintenance work and coordinating any reactive inspection as required.
3. Additional Tasks (Specific Skills)
   • Electrical distribution (Low Voltage) and Genset coordination work.
   • Electrical distribution (Low Voltage) coordination work.
4. Perform diversified installation, operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair duties for the following areas:
   • Heating
   • Ventilation
   • Air conditioning
   • Refrigeration
   • Related control systems

Qualifications and Ideal Experiences

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering in Electrical or Air conditioning.
• 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in engineering or critical environment services.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility.
• Critical environment experience within a similarly sized site or operation.
• Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives and in technical troubleshooting.
