Serving Crew/ Waiter/ Waitress

Top Sushi Restaurant in Japan who recently launched their business in Malaysia. (Pork-Free with alcoholic)

Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service must always start with a warm and sincere smile.
• Process cash, check, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems.
• Handling and taking care of Walkie-Talkie, POS, and other systems/electronic appliances.
• Prepare sauces and condiments.
• Ensure all workstations are fully stocked up and operationally ready.
• Ensure all soiled dishes are cleared from the workstations.
• Prepare and turnover tables for the next customer.
• Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean and properly sanitized. This includes cleaning the floor, utensils, serving equipment, and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
• Always maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager.

Qualifications:

• Relevant working experience in similar roles in the No Pork No Lard F&B industry.
• Possess working experience in the F&B industry.
• Good interpersonal and service skills.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Additional Information:

Working Hours: 5 working days by shift (TBC) between 9 am to 11 pm
