Job Description:

1. Perform General Pest Control services and any other related services and/or special tasks deemed appropriate by management.
2. Promote effective service arrangements to meet customer and management expectations.
3. Ensure productive and continuous improvement when performing service at all times.
4. Build and maintain excellent rapport with all customers and able to address and understand customers’ needs promptly and efficiently. Learn, provide reasonable care, and carry out basic maintenance for equipment, tools and vehicles provided by the Company.
5. Carry out and monitor general pest control works for all clients with quality, efficiency, expediency, and excellence.
6. Conduct routine maintenance inspections at predetermined frequency stated in the service contracts. Conduct corrective pest control treatment and follow-ups as required.
7. Understand, collect information and knowledge sharing especially on business leads and new service techniques.
8. Provide technical information/support to clients and educate them on the importance of pest control to increase awareness.
9. Ensure continuous improvement of services performed. Ensure zero service backlog (meeting contractual obligations).
10. Attend to other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.
