Responsibilities:

  1. On-site troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning products, diagnosing technical issues and implementing solutions promptly.
  2. Perform maintenance and support services as needed.
  3. Handle customer inquiries/claims professionally and efficiently.
  4. Prepare documents and system updates after site visits (Certificates, Service report, etc.).

Requirements:

  1. Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  2. Self-discipline, good problem-solving skills, good communication skills.
  3. Tech-savvy, with basic computer knowledge.
  4. Required to apply basic and some advanced skills in procedure/techniques/tools/materials and/or equipment appropriate to area of specialization.
  5. Have own transport.
  6. Able to drive long distances & maintain focus.
  7. Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work under extended hours.
  8. This position is available within KL/Selangor/Johor/Penang.
  9. KPI, performance-based and incentive-based.
