Support business development and deliver cranes budget revenue and profit.
Undertake client visits to support specific projects as required including international travel and/or offshore visits.
Responsible for the overall running of the project and work with Operations on scheduling and management of resources.
Provide leadership onsite via a detailed technical understanding of cranes and lifting services.
Provide technical assistance to onshore and offshore maintenance personnel as required.
Provide project reporting to the Management on progress, commercial, schedules, etc.
Ensure all contracts and projects are delivered safely.
Perform risk assessments for field work and compile work packages.
Focal point for all QHSE related matters on the project.
Ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs and practices are followed to ensure maximum uptime for all Company equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
Other training certifications in MIPEG, Frog Inspection, Wire Rope Inspection, Flexible Hose Inspection & Training, Contract Management.
P&L responsibility with financial skills in understanding Budget, CAPEX, Gross Profit, etc.
Operations experience in the offshore oil and gas industry working on heavy machinery, mechanical handling systems, crane maintenance and services, crane health care and management, crane maintenance and inspection, spares and wire rope management.
Able to read P&ID / Isometric drawings, test packs, etc. in order to support technical questions from field personnel.
