Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in a wide variety of modelling approaches including Semi and Full (E3D) intelligent modelling, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Laser Scanning and Dimensional control Survey.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in the energy sector.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
• Exceptional client management and business development skills.
• In-depth understanding of Middle East market, industry regulations, and business culture.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proven business and commercial acumen to build a sustainable high growth department.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technologies (e.g., Aveva PDMS, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Bentley Systems).
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa, Thai, and Vietnamese is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Description:

Job Purpose:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Service Line Head to lead our Laser Scanning, 3D Modelling, and Digitalization services in Southeast Asia. This role requires a strategic leader to deeply understand the energy industry, construction and major project sectors, and cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for the department P&L, driving growth, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality solutions in laser scanning, 3D modelling, and Digital Twin development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the laser scanning, 3D modelling, and Digital Twins service line in alignment with the company’s goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive innovation to enhance service offerings.
  • Set and manage P&L, budgets, resources, and timelines for projects.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the energy and construction sectors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major projects and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify and address client needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
• Project Oversight:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of laser scanning, 3D modelling, and digital twin projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Stay abreast of advancements in laser scanning, 3D modelling, and digital twin technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
  • Promote the adoption of best practices and standards in the industry.
• Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a existing team of professionals specialising in laser scanning, 3D modelling, and digital twins both in Kuala Lumpur and the Philippines.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Manage team performance, provide feedback, and drive professional development.
• Business Development:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the service line, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote the service line and attract new clients.
