We are looking for a Service Leader - Safety & Security to join our team!

We are hiring this position to support the Security team to maintain Law and Order and to procure a safe and crime-free environment within the hotel premises.

As our Service Leader - Safety & Security, we will rely on you to:
  1. Responsible for the supervision of all security staff and contracted security staff in the implementation and observation of all security and safety policies of the Hotel.
  2. Be responsible for access control and patrols.
  3. Respond to emergency events according to the standard safety procedures.
  4. Maintain Hotel security and protect the safety and assets of all Hotel guests, visitors, and employees.
  5. Project a professional, efficient and reassuring image to all Hotel guests, visitors, and employees.
  6. Respond to emergencies according to standard operating procedure (SOP) and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
  1. Diploma / Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience with minimum 1 year supervisory experience in Hotel / Security industry.
  3. Knowledge of security access control system, alarm monitoring system, and CCTV system.
  4. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  5. Good command of spoken English and Malay.
  6. Able to work independently.
  7. Able to assess risks and perform independent Security operations.
  8. Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
  9. Natural ability to anticipate guest's needs.
  10. Able to commit to shift duty.
  11. Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
