Service Leader - HR (Learning & Development)

We are looking for a Service Leader - HR (Learning & Development).

As a Service Leader - HR (Learning & Development), we rely on you to:

Assist the Learning & Development team to plan, monitor, coordinate, and conduct training activities effectively in order to upgrade the performance of our employees to meet the hotel standard.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

1. Preferably has a Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
2. Has 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity in an International Class Hotel.
3. Is pleasant and well-groomed.
4. Has excellent training and coaching skills.
5. Has strong interpersonal skills.
6. Is a team player, goal-oriented, dependable, highly motivated, mature, and has a high speed of execution.
7. Possesses computer knowledge.
8. Has financial knowledge.
9. Communicates and writes fluently in English and Malay.
10. Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
