Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee workshop operations, coordinate daily workshop schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Supervise repair progress and ensure warranty compliance per SANY procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and training to the team, and develop improvement plans.
• Manage workshop performance against KPIs, control budget, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• Proficiency in Mandarin (able to liaise with suppliers from China)
• Possession of a valid Class D driving license
