Respond to and resolve IT support requests from clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software problems
Provide first-line support for desktop applications, network connectivity, and other IT-related queries
Document and maintain detailed records of all support activities and resolutions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation and resolution
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes and procedures
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems
Passion for continuously learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies
