Service Delivery Ops Analyst

1. Monitor delivery of a program, project, or managed service
2. Work with project managers to determine project plan, timeframe, and estimates
3. Manage workload to ensure even distribution of responsibilities
4. Ensure tasks and deliverables are in accordance with the statement of work and service level agreement
5. Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting
6. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, accountability, and impact

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1. Beginner proficiency in SAP for Insurance
2. Beginner proficiency in Record To Report (R2R)
3. A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills
4. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

1. Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis
2. Advanced proficiency in Project Management
3. Expert proficiency in Communication Skills

Qualifications

A background in controllership experience is a plus. Able to communicate in Thai language.
