Job Description

• Manage and oversee the data and report platform services in alignment with company objectives.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services consistent with contractual agreements and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Analytics department to leverage data for business insights.
• Support the team in resolving complex issues related to data and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Delivery Manager should have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in service delivery management within the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms and reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
