Job description
  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication & organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive service calls and create job log in
  • Coordinate with customer and assign job cards to Technician
  • Monitor job progress for all daily assigned jobs of all Technicians
  • Verify work orders and assign job cards; place orders for local option parts
  • Arrange transport with vendors for delivery and collection of trucks
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors on fabrication, modification, and installation
  • Follow up on jobs pending for spare parts
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Monitor repair job progress in the workshop
  • Inform rental customers on mishandling charges and notify Superiors of any disputes
  • Ensure fast response to queries and requests from customers and technicians
  • Prepare monthly service analysis reports to submit to the Service Manager
