Providing timely and effective administration support to the LSS service team. This includes service orders' entry and processing, quotations, price enquiry to suppliers, inventory ordering/checking, CRM data entry, and responses to customers.
Assisting in service revenue management.
Preparing documents for tender and agreement.
Establishing friendly LSS customer relationships and maintaining LSS professional service reputation.
Helping in ISO/IEC 17025 documentation.
Coordinating Engineer’s schedule and logistics arrangements.
Providing general administration support when required.
Requirements:
Possess Microsoft Office knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Outlook.
Excellent spoken & written language skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Team player with good communication skills.
Understanding of ISO will be an advantage.
Adapts quickly to new environments and thrives on managing multiple tasks.
Fresh graduates willing to learn new things and develop new skills are welcome.
B.Sc in chemistry, food technology, biotechnology, microbiology, business administration, or equivalent.
