We are looking for Service Associate C - Waiter/Waitress to join our team!

As our Service Associate C - Waiter/Waitress, we rely on you to:

• Support the daily operation of the restaurant
• Provide a high quality service to restaurant guests
• Ensure the smooth operation of the work section appointed
• Consistently look for ways to enhance guest satisfaction
• Create an exceptional experience for our guests

We are looking for someone who:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• Preferably has working experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel
• Ability to work long hours.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a confident and tactful team player.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Has a passion for Food & Beverage.
• Enjoys delivering high quality guest service with a welcoming manner.
• Loves interacting with guests and customers.
• Communicates fluently in English (as well as the local language)
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality.
• Willing to work shifts.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
