Responsibilities:

• Perform customer service duties from walk-in/appointment scheduling, attend to customer enquiries, provide technical explanation on repairs and advise customer on maintenance package and cost of repairs, update customer on the status of their car repairs, collect payment for service performed and ensure car deliver to customer in clean and tidy manner.
• Perform a follow-up with the customer after delivery of vehicle within 3 days to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote service, parts, accessories and warranty extension.
• Work together with the Aftersales team to keep track of vehicle progress, arrival status for any backordered parts, technical feedback etc.
• Ensure to maintain high standards when building a reputation with the customers.
• Manage customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times. (Refer to manager when gauging complaints based on case to case basis before the issue escalates further.)
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Min. diploma in automotive engineering or equivalent.
• Min 2 years working experience within the automotive industry.
• Possess good communication and customer service skills, technical skill knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service experience.
