Responsibilities:

1. To serve and fulfil customer’s service needs.
2. To carry out follow-up calls before and after service.
3. To achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction index target.
4. To build relationships with customers through engagement activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering or Marketing.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong discipline and determination to take on challenges.
• Possess a customer-centric or service mindset.
• Ability to communicate well in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
