Job Responsibilities

1. Attend and assist customers on repair and/or insurance claims in an attentive and courteous manner.
2. Obtain approval from customers for any additional work.
3. Prepare estimates for the cost of repair and expected time for insurance claims/repairs.
4. Follow up on work progress and inform customers accordingly.
5. Inspect and note the condition of the vehicle before delivery.
6. Handle customer complaints effectively.
