Responsibilities

• Carry out service advice together with the customer.
• Note and record comments from customers pertaining to vehicles.
• Create complete and detailed orders with vehicle data, diagnosis, estimated Standard Repair Time and work hours, completion date, scope of costs, etc.
• Check and approve the complete and correct invoicing for services.
• Record vehicle data in the customer file.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Automotive Service Line / Customer Service.
• Previous experience as a technician in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent customer relations skills with a pleasant personality.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Able to work in Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara.
