Service Advisor

We are looking for a personable service advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians.

Responsibilities

1. Greeting customers and listening to requests.
2. Scheduling appointments and estimating costs.
3. Verifying insurance and conducting inspections.
4. Test driving cars.
5. Ensuring customer service by determining vehicle issues and problems.
6. Determining the repair timeline and working with technicians to convey customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions.

Qualifications

1. Experience in the automotive field may be advantageous.
2. A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
3. Proficiency with system software.
4. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
6. The ability to communicate effectively with technicians and customers.
