Job description
Job Responsibility
- Perform daily service car report
- Handle customer complaints whenever there is a car check into the outlet
- Control job flow and parts for each car intake prior to service
- Attend body and paint requests
- Spare part ordering
- Warranty claim submission
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM
- Able to speak in English
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Follow up customer calls
