Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Attend to customers' vehicle problems and suggest proper solutions.
2. Able to suggest estimated repair cost and job time.
3. Follow up on work progress and update customers accordingly.
4. Prepare spare parts list, ordering and for mechanic to carry out service and repair job.
5. Develop and maintain good relationship with customer.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year working experience as Service advisor or Technician in automotive industry.
2. Good attitude, punctual and hardworking.
3. Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
5. Possess valid driving license.
