Job Responsibilities

1. Greeting customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining positive customer relationships
2. Helping customers determine repair needs, costs, and relevant information
3. Scheduling and booking appointments, and reminding customers about appointments
4. Updating customers on the status of their vehicle's repair
5. Processing all related paperwork from customer register service
6. Providing information on warranty protections, cost savings, and trading in versus fixing a car
7. Promoting service and parts sales
8. Relaying information to service technicians, and calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
9. Handling customer complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction
10. Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule
