Customer Care Representative (12 Months Contract)

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist customers with vehicle service needs.
2. Schedule appointments for repairs and maintenance.
3. Explain service options and costs clearly.
4. Coordinate communication between customers and mechanics.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction with completed work.

Job Requirements

1. Min possess Diploma in any field.
2. Fresh graduates / candidates without working experience are welcome.
3. Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
4. To comply with customer handling procedures.
5. To be friendly and professional towards customers and colleagues.
6. To be able to adapt to changes easily.
7. Working location: Kulai, Johor.
