Service Advisor

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Automotive or equivalent.
• Candidate with SKM/MLVK certificate or same position previously will be given advantage.
• Candidate must at least 1 year working experience as Service Advisor or Technician in Automotive industry or related field.
• Possess valid class D driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Able to assess customer’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Able to prepare estimated repair costs/quotations and job completion time.
• Able to develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Follow up on work and update customers accordingly.
• Friendly and personable character is a must to entertain customers.
• Resourceful and able to work with minimum supervision.
