Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers’ vehicles that are coming into the workshop for repair; issuing Repair Orders and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Distribute Repair Orders to mechanics to perform the repair; consistently monitor and follow-up on the work progress to ensure completion on schedule.
• Ensure prompt submission of well-documented technical reports and warranty claims within approved guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are ready within promised time and exceed customers’ expectations in service delivery quality.
