Job Summary:

We are looking for a SEO/ SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google in order to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective local SEO strategies to enhance the company’s online presence.
2. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations. Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
3. Perform ongoing keyword research and analysis, expansion and optimization for local market.
4. Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics.
5. Research and analyze competitor advertising links and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SEO.
6. Work with content creator, editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
7. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
8. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
9. Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
10. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.

Requirement:

1. Proven experience as a local SEO Specialist or similar role
2. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
6. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
