Job Description

1. Improving Search Engine Visibility:
   - Conducting keyword research and strategizing for driving organic traffic
   - On-page Optimisation (Site Audit) & Off-page Optimisation (Link-building Strategies)
   - Generating & aligning content strategies with SEO goals that resonates with both users and search engines
2. Managing, Optimizing & Analyzing Websites:
   - Utilizing tools like Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), and other SEO tools
   - Conduct regular site audits to identify and address technical SEO issues
   - Execute tests to gather and analyze data for optimizing ROI
3. Preparing Assessment Reports:
   - Evaluating the effectiveness of SEO strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement through assessment reports
   - Focus on accountability and continuous improvement
   - Create and maintain comprehensive SEO reports, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
4. Staying Up-to-Date with Trends:
   - Remaining updated with the latest trends and changes in SEO
   - Stay competitive and adapt strategies to evolving search engine algorithms

Job Requirements

1. A self-starter who is initiative, data-driven and come up with new ideas.
2. An open-minded mindset towards new technologies and SEO strategies.
3. Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Media, Marketing or any related field.
4. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with SEO tools.
5. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and analytics.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to communicate complex SEO concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
7. [Added Advantage] Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization
8. [Added Advantage] Understand Mandarin to support Mandarin-Speaking Clients.
