Job Description

• Supervise and support warehouse staff, fostering teamwork and professional development.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular audits.
• Optimize warehouse layout and streamline processes for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data analytics for process improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to improve operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams effectively.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to optimize workflows.
