Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse & Logistic Exec to manage warehouse & logistics operations activities efficiently. The successful candidate will oversee delivery planning, inventory management, and ensure smooth supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Monitor stock levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment of inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to streamline operations and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of stored goods.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory, staffing, and operational performance.
- Plan and arrange deliveries with third-party transporters, ensuring timely movement of goods.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues promptly.
- Manage LMW and SST reporting, documentation submission, and yearly license renewals.
- Prepare production plans and track processes from raw material purchasing to product warehousing and customer delivery.
- Prepare LMW-related company reports and maintain internal system operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of logistics management and planning practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, procurement software, or relevant tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, aiding communication with China-based colleagues.
- Able to work independently.
