We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Video Editor to join our team at O.TWO.O. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for trend and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating engaging video content that showcases our cosmetic products, enhancing our brand image, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Production:
   1. Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms, including social media, website, and advertisements.
   2. Piece together edits with a focus on short form skits and reality shows format for IG/TikTok (Vox pop, challenge videos, personality driven content, etc.)
   3. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality video content.
2. Content Creation:
   1. Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to share new design perspectives and ideas.
   2. Conceptualize and develop a storyboard and advise on scripts to be reviewed by the marketing team.
   3. Develop and execute creative concepts for promotional videos, tutorials, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content.
   4. Incorporate motion graphics, animation, special effects, music, and sound to enhance video quality.
3. Brand Consistency:
   1. Ensure all video content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
   2. Maintain consistency in style, tone, and quality across all videos.
   3. Perform color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production tasks to achieve professional-grade results.
   4. Manage and organize video assets and files efficiently.
4. Innovation and Trends:
   1. Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software.
   2. Continuously seek innovative ways to improve video content and engage the audience.
5. Perform other relevant ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned and when required.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Work Hours: Monday to Friday

Qualifications

1. Education:
   1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or equivalent Cinematography/ Photography/Videography/ Visual Arts or any related fields.
2. Experience:
   1. 2-3 years experience as a video editor, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
   2. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing and content creation.
   3. Entry levels are welcomed to apply.
   4. Experience with social media video formats and requirements.
3. Technical Skills:
   1. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and After Effects.
   2. Knowledge in motion graphics, animation, and sound design will be a plus.
   3. Knowledge of color grading and correction techniques.
   4. Understanding of graphic design and photo editing.
   5. Understanding of pre-production and post-production workflow to delivery.
   6. Good sense of graphic design and animation fundamentals.
   7. Familiarity with DSLR cameras and other video production equipment.
4. Soft Skills:
   1. Creative mind and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
   2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
   3. Strong communication and time-management skills.
