Job Description:

• To assist the Directors and Head of Valuation Department in the planning, implementation, supervision and operations of the Company.
• To assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Valuation Department.
• To be responsible for reviewing and signing of the valuation reports.
• To train and supervise the Valuation Executives/Assistants, draughtman and other departmental staff in all aspects of valuation.
• To conduct and prepare professional and accurate valuations of various types of properties.
• To ensure good customer service and maintain relationships with all inquiries being promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to.
• To keep abreast of the latest developments in the real estate industry, property market movements as well as valuation methodologies and techniques.
• To manage the branch operational costs and to prepare & propose annual budget for the branch.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree or Professional Certificate in Property Development / Real Estate Management
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in property valuation
• Aggressive in Sales, with a strong network of corporate connections & strong leadership
• Good analytical skills and timeline driven
• Exhibit leadership qualities, self-motivated, resourceful and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels
• Strong command of English (speaking and writing)
